Version History

Why version? When you need to make changes to a published form, creating a new version preserves all existing responses linked to the original structure.

Active version: Only one version can be "published" (active) at a time. This is the version that will be used for new inspections and responses.

Archived versions: Previous versions are archived but their responses remain accessible for audit purposes.
